It was an honor to be unanimously
appointed on February 22, 2010 to
the King County District Court,
Shoreline Division, by the King
County Council. I was sworn in by
Supreme Court Justice Susan Owens
on March 12, 2010 and began
serving the community as a District
Court judge on March 15, 2010.
I look forward to serving all people
who enter my court room in a
manner that will bring great regard
for the justice system in general and
specifically to the King County
District Court system.
I shall serve with honesty and
integrity. I will uphold the rule of law
and will make all decisions without
bias or prejudice and with fairness,
respect and dignity. I promise to
provide access to justice and know
that justice is dispensed one case at
a time.
